Established in 2014, Carolina Monitoring Associates, LLC is a Greenville, NC-based provider specializing in alcohol monitoring and designed to enhance public safety and support family stability. As an authorized SCRAM Systems Service Partner, our organization works with courts, law enforcement, and private individuals to manage evidence-based monitoring programs.

Our organization focuses on providing alternatives to incarceration that allow individuals to maintain employment and fulfill family obligations while ensuring sobriety. In this, we hope to:
- Increase Safety: Reducing recidivism by providing constant accountability for alcohol-related offenses.
- Support Families: Allowing clients to stay at home and continue working while proving sobriety, which is critical in child custody and parenting time cases.
Our Services
Our primary services include:
- Continuous Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM CAM®): A 24/7 transdermal testing system used for high-risk DUI and alcohol-involved cases.
- Collaborate with Local Agencies: Working directly with North Carolina probation departments and criminal justice agencies to tailor programs to specific community needs.
